The latest Ipswich Sporting Lunch Club took place on Friday, 20 March, with special guest speaker Formula One driver Mark Blundell.
Mark pictured centre alongside Derek Redmond, the former 400m sprinter and newly appointed Director of SportsAid Eastern.
Pound Gates helped establish the club and continues to co-sponsor it, proudly supporting young athletes from Suffolk aspiring to compete at Olympic, Paralympic, Commonwealth, World and European levels.
Since the club’s inception, over £83,000 of grants have been awarded to 94 young athletes.
